By accessing our website, joining our waitlist, or placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

About Us

Murraydale Farms is a family-run farm producing grass-fed beef and other farm products on a seasonal, small-scale basis.

Products & Availability

  • Our beef boxes are released seasonally and sold in limited quantities

  • All beef box purchases are made on a pre-order basis

  • Availability is subject to seasonal conditions, processing schedules, and livestock readiness

  • Larger orders (¼, ½, or whole beast) are offered by enquiry only and subject to availability

Orders & Payment

  • Full payment is required at the time of ordering unless otherwise stated

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or amended due to the nature of pre-ordered, perishable products

  • Prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD)

Processing & Delivery Timeframes

  • After orders close, beef is processed and packed with care

  • Delivery occurs approximately four to eight weeks after purchase

  • Timeframes are estimates and may vary slightly due to processing or seasonal factors

  • By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these timeframes

Refunds & Returns

Our Refund & Returns Policy forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

Due to the nature of perishable food products:

  • We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind

  • Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not affected
