Murraydale Farms operates on a seasonal, pre-order basis and sells perishable food products.

Change of mind

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind once an order has been placed.

Pre-orders and seasonal releases

Our beef boxes are sold as pre-orders and released a few times each year. Processing and delivery takes place approximately four - eight weeks after orders close, as outlined on our website. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this timeframe.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

You may be entitled to a refund, replacement, or remedy if the product:

  • Is unsafe

  • Is significantly different from what was described

  • Is faulty or unfit for consumption

  • A brief description of the issue (and photos if relevant)

We will assess each situation fairly and work with you to find an appropriate solution.
