Because our 10kg Beef box is packed from a whole animal, exact cuts may vary slightly. Each box will always contain a cut of equal quality and value from the same catagory, however we cannot guarantee any individual cuts.

If you would like assurance of which cuts you receive, we suggest looking at our 20kg box where each cut is protioned up evenly to give a more consistent selection of steak, roast and slow cook cuts.

Wholesale Beef Carcase – Deposit

Secure a whole or half Murraydale Farms beef carcase with a $300 non-refundable deposit.

Our beef is grass-fed, hormone-free and raised with a focus on healthy soils and healthy animals, then professionally processed and packed by a licensed processor. Please see price list below based off dressed weight.

Price: $25/kg for whole carcase

Price: $28/kg for half carcase

We estimate dressed weight to be between 180-240kg for a whole carcase and 90-120kg half carcase. Weights are estimates only, please be assured you only pay for what you receive.

Please note: Every animal is slightly different, so the weight may vary. When purchasing a whole carcase you are buying the entire animal nose-to-tail, meaning every part of the animal will be included in your order, which includes marrow bones, beef cheeks and oxtail. We understand bones aren’t for everyone so they are available as an optional extra along with all your regular cuts at a discounted rate of only $5/kg.

Once your animal has been processed we will confirm the final dressed weight and total balance owing, with your $300 deposit deducted from the final invoice.

Your beef can be customised to suit your preferences. Once you have completed your order, and your animal has been booked for processing a form will be emailed to you to choose your prefered cuts and sausages.

The $300 deposit is required to begin processing the animal and is non-refundable. Once processing is complete, the remaining balance must be paid in full prior to delivery or collection. Wholesale purchases come with free delivery to a single address.
