How do your beef boxes work?

We release our grass-fed Angus beef boxes a few times each year, once our cattle are ready. Boxes are sold by pre-order, in limited quantities, and are not available year-round.

When will beef boxes be available?

Availability varies by season. The best way to stay informed is to join our waitlist, as waitlist subscribers are notified first when orders open.

How long does delivery take after I order?

After orders close, our beef is processed and packed with care.
Delivery or local drop-off occurs approximately four - eight weeks after purchase.

Where do you deliver?

We currently offer local drop-off in the Swan Hill area to selected postcodes, and refrigerated transport out of Melbourne and Sydney to select postcodes. Please go to our products page to check if we can deliver to your postcode.

Is your beef grass-fed?

Yes. Our Angus cattle are 100% grass-fed and pasture-raised, with a focus on animal welfare, healthy soils, and sustainable farming practices.

What cuts are included in a beef box?

Each box contains a mixed selection of premium grass-fed beef, typically including a combination of steaks, roasts, and mince.
Exact cuts may vary slightly depending on the season and availability.

Can I order larger quantities like a ¼, ½, or whole cow?

Yes. ¼, ½, and whole beast options are available by enquiry only and are subject to availability.

Do you offer refunds or returns?

Due to the nature of perishable food products, we do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind.

However, your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not affected.

How is the beef packaged?

Our beef is professionally processed and packed fresh, then cryovaced to maintain quality and freshness until delivery. All orders are packaged in an insulated eco-friendly boxed with frozen gel packs to maintain the highest quality during delivery.
